Consultation and feasibility
We visit your site, get clear on how you want to use the space, and agree on a working budget. Then we check what the site and the budget can actually carry. If the scope won't fit the budget, we'd rather stage it properly than start something that stalls halfway — and you'll know before anything gets designed, not after you've paid for drawings.

Design match and concept
We're not tied to one style of design. We match you with an architect or interior designer whose portfolio fits your taste, or build to your own designer's drawings if you already have someone. Either way, your contract is with us

Custom scope and quote
Detailed drawings, bill of materials, and fixed price. You approve before anything moves.

Permits and approvals
We handle the building permit, fire safety clearance, and building admin requirements on your behalf.

One construction manager, weekly progress updates, and a schedule we hold ourselves to.
